Shipping & Delivery: When you order on WineOi your wines will be delivered within the 2-hour window you specify
Privacy & Security: We require that an adult (18+ years of age) receives the wines.
Returns & Replacements: If a bottle is corked or has visible defects when delivered we will replace it free of charge.
Ordering: If your wine has not been delivered one hour into the specified delivery window, please call the number sent in the e-mail.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We only accept payment on delivery - and preferrably in VND.
Please make an effort to have the precise amount ready. WineOi prices are consistently 10-15% below those of ordinary shops
Viewing Orders: Once you place an order on WineOi, you will be able to easily place the same order again on your next login
Updating Account Information: On our site you can readily edit every piece of information concerning your address, contact info etc.
