Coopers is a 150 year old Australian brewery. All ales are mead without chemicals or preservatives. We loved them! The Sparkling Pale Ale has the look of a weiss/white beer with some cloudiness in the glass. It tastes like a Belgian ale with a little bitterness and loads of flavor and character. Our tasters all found it to be a delicious, not too heavy ale that refreshes and satisfies.
