On the bargain end is the very, very, very decent 2007 Vallformosa Rosada from NE Spain, made, like most roses from Penedes and SW France, from grenache and carignan grapes. The Vallformosa has an almost articifial bright red color in the glass like a pale red wine, yet drinks well with balance, crispness and freshness that you want in a rose. This well made wine is outstanding value ($8.00 Special for limited time) and simply cannot disappoint. Great for parties and easy without thinking drinking.
